Splendid Beauty Shipping Policy

Splendid Beauty is a Canadian beauty marketplace focused on culturally rooted beauty brands and careful customer experience. This shipping policy explains where we ship, how shipping is calculated, and what customers can expect after placing an order.
Where we ship
At launch, Splendid Beauty ships within Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping. If we expand shipping regions in the future, we will update this policy and the checkout experience.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. During launches, promotions, restocks, severe weather, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you place your order. Rates may be based on your delivery location, order weight, package size, selected shipping method, and carrier availability. Any free-shipping offer, if active, will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout, including the qualifying order amount and any exclusions.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote delivery locations, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking link.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact info@splendidbeauty.ca as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to a carrier.
P.O. boxes, remote areas, and delivery limitations
Some carriers may not deliver to certain P.O. boxes, rural routes, remote communities, or restricted addresses. Additional delivery time or shipping charges may apply for some locations. If we cannot ship to the address provided, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Heat-sensitive and fragile products
Some beauty products, including oils, creams, soaps, body butters, and similar products, may be affected by temperature, pressure, or handling during transit. We pack orders with reasonable care, but products may soften, shift, settle, or experience minor cosmetic changes during shipping. These changes do not always mean the product is unsafe or defective. If your order arrives damaged or unusable, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first because carriers sometimes update scans after a delay. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check around the delivery area, building concierge, parcel locker, community mailbox, household members, or neighbours. If the package is still missing, contact us at info@splendidbeauty.ca and we will help review next steps with the carrier where possible.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or an item inside is broken, leaking, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@splendidbeauty.ca. Include your order number, photos of the outer package, packing materials, product, and any damage.
Taxes and customs
Prices are intended for Canadian checkout unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes such as GST, HST, PST, or QST may be calculated at checkout based on your shipping province or territory. Because we currently ship within Canada, customers should not normally pay customs duties on domestic deliveries.
